Do I get a free trial?
Growth and Pro both start with a 7-day free trial — full access, no card required to start. If you only need up to 3 properties, the Starter plan is free permanently, with no trial or expiration at all.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No — none of our plans require a card to sign up. Starter stays free indefinitely; Growth and Pro just need a payment method added once your 7-day trial ends.
What counts as a property?
Each individual listing you manage. If the same physical unit is listed on two platforms, merging it into a property group (Growth and up) counts as one property, not two.
Can Cleaners and Admins use the mobile app?
Yes — every role gets the same account on the Turnly mobile app (Android and iOS) as on the web, scoped to what their role can see.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings — changes apply to your next billing cycle.
